The project
More than a standalone plugin
Efinity Mortgage needed the remaining WordPress design work and a custom map-search feature brought together into a finished website. Firecane handled the map plugin, completed the rest of the site’s design work, and took the website through launch.
The result brought the company’s website and its location-search experience into one WordPress project, with a handoff so the client could manage the site afterward.

The custom functionality
Map search, connected to the website
The interactive map gives visitors a geographic way to explore the company’s locations. The search interface pairs the map with location and loan-officer information, keeping the feature inside the WordPress website.
The plugin connects its location data through Advanced Custom Fields, making it part of the site’s WordPress content workflow.

Client feedback from the map-search project
The biggest part of the project was an interactive map search for all of our office locations. He was able to figure it out and make it run great!
